   Comments:

Base of white marble. The Areopagos, the boule and the Athenian demos dedicated a statue to Mundicia Secundilla, daughter of Burrus and the Hierophantis, on account of her virtue and devotion towards the city. Since the hierophantis is not called with her true name, it seems that she was still in office when the inscription was set up.
