Two joining fragments of a base of white (‘Pentelic’) marble, broken on the left. Dedication of a statue to the most excellent [—]ia Rufina by her husband, Julius Musonius, herald of the Areopagus, hoplite-general, agonothetes of the Olympieia, priest of Zeus Olympius, phaedyntes in Olympia. The honorand was also mother of the hierokyrex Julius Hierokyrex. |
