   Comments:

Two fragments of a marble base bearing a honourific inscription for Claudia Longina, set up by the polis, praising her piety and virtue. The statue was funded by her husband, P. Memmius Pratolaos. She was a thoinarmostria, hence this dedication must have stood originally in the Eleusinion. On Claudia Longina, see Bradford, 263 (1). Her husband, P. Memmius Pratolaos was a prominent individual, being honoured as aristopoleiteutes, axiologotatos and pantaprotos and having served as epimeletes of the patronomate at last four times and patronomos, RP II, LAC 577.
