Base with cymatia bearing a honourific inscription for M. Aurelius Palaestrites, whose statue was dedicated by the polis and funded by his sisters, Aurelia Aphrodo and Aurelia Soteira. On Aurelia Aphrodo, see Bradford, 87. M. Aurelius Palaestrites was a sphaireus of the phyle of Kynosoura.
