Base of white (‘Pentelic’) marble. The Athenian boule and demos honoured Tertia, daughter of Lucius, who was errephoros, hearth-initiate and kanephoros at the Eleusinian Mysteries and the Epidaurian. Four crowns were recorded on the statue base. |
