Description - Comments:
The figure is depicted standing, with the left leg bearing the weight, while the right is relaxed and slightly bent. The inset head, part of the center of the chest, the lower back part of the body, the base, the left forearm and the right hand are missing. Chipping is observed sporadically on the surface of the marble. The figure wears a long chiton and a long himation wrapped tightly around the body and forming the characteristic triangular shape of the 'Formia' statuary type below the breasts as it passes from the right shoulder to the bent left forearm. Here, however, the himation’s end on the left falls over its triangularly folded part, while the placement of the arms is also slightly different.
